In my work as the CEO of a company engaged in diverse high risk activities, I was deliberating about whether to continue in my job.

I had been in this job for over two years. I had excellent employment terms, a wide range of authority and a very great feeling of accomplishment.

But something did not work. My doubts increased, and I realized I had to use an objective external consultant.

I turned to Mr. Moshe Schreiber. I presented him my goal and began a series of meetings. Moshe listened, asked questions and together we built a new functional framework.
