It is a great honor to express words of praise for Mr. Moshe Schreiber, a respected and very dear man. We benefited from his services as an organizational consultant for a long period of time during which we cooperated fully.

Mr. Schreiber’s skill lies in his ability to break down an organization or institution into its elements in order to examine each one, and to reassemble it effectively. The test for each and every component is to examine its operation and streamline it, and in this he succeeded to a significant degree.

The main factor in the success of every organization is the personnel within it. In order to advise in this area, an understanding of the human soul is needed, to recognize the talents of each worker and the way in which the most benefit can be gained.
